All the information held on our database is supplied by third parties and we are not able to check the accuracy or completeness of this information. Consequently, we do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in any of the information held or any liability in respect of information supplied by you or any other person.

CV's are provided by candidates. We accept no responsibility for the contents of CV's and expect candidates, employers and recruitment agencies to carry out their own verification checks on each other before agreeing to any employment contract. We accept no liability for any loss arising to either party from such employment contract.

When you have been contacted by an employer or recruitment agency you are responsible for all subsequent communication with that employer or recruitment agency and any contract of employment that you may obtain. We accept no liability for any loss arising from any such communication or employment contract.

Employers and Recruitment Agents Interaction with candidates

When you have successfully contacted a candidate you are responsible for all subsequent communication with that candidate, validation of that candidate’s personal details, validation of that candidate’s legal status to work and any contract of employment which you may agree with that candidate. We accept no liability for any loss arising from any such communication or employment contract.

Dealings with candidates

You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals you may contact using information from the candidate database and not do anything which may bring Flexibleskillsbank.co.uk into disrepute. You will indemnify Flexibleskillsbank.co.uk from and against any claim brought by an individual against Flexibleskillsbank.co.uk arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.

Prices

Prices are as displayed on the website and will be agreed at the time of placing an order for candidates’ contact details.

Payment

Payment is required by cheque, made payable to Flexible Skills Bank, bank transfer or PayPal.

When you place your order for a candidate’s contact details you are accepting liability to pay for all details received.

Changes to Terms and Conditions and Invalidity

These terms and conditions may be changed by us at any time. You will be deemed to accept the terms and conditions (as amended) when you next use this site following any amendment.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
